​Waqar Naqvi

Waqar Naqvi is currently pursuing his PhD (Rehabilitation Sciences) in University of Montreal, Canada.  He served as a faculty at Qassim University, Saudi Arabia (2012-2013), as well as faculty member at St Louis Higher Institute of Health and Biomedical Sciences in Cameroon, Africa (2009-2011), is a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced physiotherapist. He completed his Bachelors from Ravi Nair Physiotherapy College, India and Masters degrees in Community Physiotherapy from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences with specialization in Community Health and Rehabilitation. He is also on reviewer board of JOSPT.

 

At a very young age, he has already published two books titled –

1. Physiotherapy in Community Health and Rehabilitation (JAYPEE PUBLICATION)

2. Clinical Measurement Scales for Health Professionals (LAMBERT Publication Germany)

 

 

Being techno geek and socially active on web, he is a Founder Admin of PhysioSTUFF, PhysioCLINIC, PhysioINDIA, MahaPhysio, and other groups on Facebook.  Waqar also takes lectures as well as seminars on CAREER IN PHYSIOTHERAPY in various colleges of India. He facilitates this career counseling through his innovative ‘PhysioNEXT’ service as well.
